First and foremost, the Employer (Client) and Gouzi Tours and Travels implement an Agency Agreement stating effectively the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India.

This agreement is signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.

Obtaining permission to recruit from Protector of Emigrants.
Searching date base and using personal contacts in order to find out most suitable candidates.
Advertising jobs in widely circulated daily news papers, providing all possible opportunities to the interested candidate.
Group Interview is carried out to shortlist candidates.
Individual Interviews in this style of interviews the delegates meet the pre-screened candidates on a one to one basis.
Trade test candidate's skills are tested practically to evaluate the workmanship and its conformity to international standards.
Final Interview Depending on the requirement of the client, the Final Interviews can be conducted either by GOUZI Tours & Travels officials or the client's delegates.
Medical every prospective candidate undergoes strict medical examination.
Orientation of candidate in detail regarding their jobs/rights.
Completion of Formalities.
